While I haven't touched the PKGBUILD in 5 years and agreed to its transfer to community, I have an issue with its pkgver.

http://brokestream.com/tinyserial.html lists the last version explicitly as "2009-03-05" (as does curl -Is http://brokestream.com/com.c | grep Last-Modified) and there is no -git/hg/svn/cvs version.

So please revert to the original 20090305 and just increase pkgrel.
(this would prevent further updates for community-testing but I'm not sure if an epoch is justified)

Ok, I'll restore the version back to 20090305. Although using official releases and tags is better way for versioning.
