Maybe other related package:
mesa-10.0.3-1-x86_64

If you need some specific package, feel free to ask.

you should try with DPM feature disabled ( radeon.dpm=0 for the kernel options )

I think is the same bug than  FS#38980 .
It is an issue with radeon power manager improvements introduced with the 3.13 kernel.
There exists an open bug in mainstream.

Thanks fix is working for me.

Did not understand at first that my issue was related to  FS#38980 . I guess this can be closed. The title could be rename/append with "Issue with ati/amd power management with kernel 3.13" for  FS#38980 .
