Description:
The QWT designer plugins are not shown in designer-qt5. When opening the designer via qtcreator, qtcreator opens the designer-qt5.
The plugin seems to work properly for designer-qt4. However, I would expect that the plugins should work for both.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
extra/qwt 6.1.0-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1) install qtcreator
2) install qwt
3) start qtcreator
4) open or create a "Qt Widget Application" project
5) open the .ui file (which automatically opens designer-qt5)
6) check if the qwt widgets are present

An intermediate resolution seems to be: use designer-qt4
Steps:
1) install qtcreator
2) install qwt
3) start qtcreator
4) open or create a "Qt Widget Application" project
5) start designer-qt4
6) open the .ui file in designer-qt4
7) check if the widgets are present

However, this is not a good resolution since this disupts the standard workflow.
