Description:
The namcap man page contains incorrect/obsolete rules list. For example, it lists: elffiles, which is no longer present and fails to list elfexecstack, elfpaths, elftextrel, etc... Many other rules are in need of update. It just looks like the man page is out of date. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: man namcap (read RULES elffiles) namcap -e elffiles package.tar.xz Error: Rule 'elffile' does not exist namcap --list (compare results to 'man namcap' |

I am inclined to remove the list of rules from the man page, or
perhaps script the manpage generation into setup.py process.
If the intention is update, and not remove, see attached patch for
an updated man page.
