Details

Description:
The pulseaudio-depency isn't optional, because it's the default audio-daemon for arch linux and you can't make a call without it. So the default status after installation is broken... for the normal user.

install skype
don't manual install lib32-libpulse

PulseAudio is not the default audio daemon, only in GNOME. You don't need it to be installed, when you don't use PulseAudio.
