From the current PKGBUILD, the md5sums of /lib/modules/3.10.25-1-lts/modules.symbols has not been updated for quite some time. On x86_64 anyway, the md5sums are different from those reported in the 3.10.25-1 PKGBUILD. This might be to blame for  FS#38247 .

Additional comments about closing:  we regularly check the md5sums and update them whenever they change. though this won't cover each need to rebuild the modules.
