extra/fping 3.8-1

$ ls -l /usr/bin/fping*
-r-sr-xr-x 1 root root 37284 Nov 17 10:07 /usr/bin/fping
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 30516 Nov 17 10:07 /usr/bin/fping6

This means tools such as smokeping that run non-root can use fping successfully but not fping6.

If I chmod 4555 /usr/bin/fping6 then smokeping is then able to use fping6.
