Sometimes when starting KDE the pulseaudio backend is not
used in kmix until it is restarted. According to the kmix
developers [1] this is caused by the disabled pulseaudio
autospawning. Is it possible to reenable autospawning (as it
is the default upstream)? No other major distro seems to
disable it by default.
