Description:
dependency of mpv on libquvi is not specific enough; in practice, mpv requires version 0.9.X or higher

Additional info:
* mpv-0.1.7-2
* libquvi-0.4.1-2

Steps to reproduce:
Get system with libquvi-0.4.1-2. Install mpv from repo, no problem with deps, but doesn't run.

You should always do a complete system update before installing packages.
