systemd 207 waits 2 minutes for nothing during reboot/shutdown under certains conditions Additional info: * package version(s) systemd 207-5, system up-to-date, i686 version of archlinux, virtualboxguest addition packages, netctl Steps to reproduce: I use virtualbox 4.2.18, i686 version of archlinux, kde 4.11.1 the condition to trigger the bug : --> type "systemctl" on a console, then exit the console, and try to do a shutdown or reboot, systemd will stop for 2 minutes with this line : [OK] Removed slice system-netctl.service if I don't run "systemctl" on a console the bug doesn't occur, it's very strange, the bug doesn't occur if I use systemd 203 version you can see the attached file for the screenshot |

FS#36986since I use systemd 207-5 I get very weird bugs, with systemd 203 all was Ok,
I hope systemd 208 will fix theses bugs
