Description:
Totem fails to decode mp4 files with gst-vaapi installed. I have tested this on an Ironlake and Sandybridge cpu. Additional info: gst-vaapi 0.5.5.1-1 libva-intel-driver 1.2.0-1 lib32-intel-dri 9.1.6-1 Steps to reproduce: Install gst-vaapi and try to play an mp4 file on totem. |

Can you play it and confirm that decoding works with VLC? I don't
think mp4 is a codec. See vainfo for list of supported video
codecs.

Known. Upstream problem. At this time, don't use gst-vaapi with
totem.
