Description:
After upgrading to Kernel 3.9, I have noticed that my HDMI monitor is no longer using the YCbCr color space. This issue was briefly discussed in: <https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1288826#p1288826>. Is there any fix for this issue? |

Reason for closing: Upstream

I have reported this bug upstream to the kernel bug tracker in
case; see :
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59851

Status on 3.10.x?

Nope, still don't have YCbCr output on 3.10.3-1. Furthermore, the
upstream devs don't seem to be looking at the bug report.

Looking at the Arch wiki for xf86-video-intel
<https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Intel_Graphics#Weathered_colors_.28colorspace_problem.29>;
I was able to follow the instructions to fix the issue. There is
still no upstream fix though.

Status on 3.11.1?

Issue still exists
