Details
Description:
our windows virtual machines would not appear in "virsh list" anymore. "systemctl status libvirtd" showed "unknown os type hvm" for each machine. downgrade to 1.0.5 did not affect this behaviour. starting libvirtd binary on the console revealed several "cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". installing pacman packages libaio, libseccomp, libiscsi fixed the missing libraries and loading the libvirt windows xmls configs works again. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: startup libvirtd (systemctl start libvirtd) shows unknown os type (i guess for every os type there is) |
