I've tried the newest version (4) as suggested. Still doesn't
work. Tried to answer yesterday but couldn't find the bug in my
list (guess it was deleted because there was a new package).
Opened a new bug with the latest package, but now it's missing
too...

Same issue with tomoyo-tools 2.5.0.20130214-5.

what about tomoyo-tools 2.5.0.20130406-1 ?

Working now, with tomoyo-tools 2.5.0.20130406-1
