Description:
When press Fn key which bound with toggle touchpad, should turn ON/OFF the touchpad, but it has no response.
KDE Touchpad Enabler Daemon (In KDE System Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Service Manager) has been enabled.

This is not a packaging bug, but an upstream (KDE? Linux?) issue.

I tested to disable the Enabler Daemon in Service Manager in openSUSE 12.3 KDE liveCD with an older kernel, and got the same response from xev. When enable, xev should generate a table of some codecs.
