The general consensus is that pvr addons are included in xbmc installation on different platforms (windows, android ...).
Arch Linux should not differ from that, at least include a seperate package in the community.
Currently a PKGBUILD available only in aur @ aur.archlinux.org/packages/xbmc-pvr-addons.
