Description:
It is completely unclear to me why this package depends on js.
I checked the polkit Documentation and it doesn't mention js, the ubuntu package doesn't seem to depend on it either.
Please remove this dependency or provide an explanation.

please stop looking at ubuntu and investigate the problem upstream directly.

ubuntu doesn't use polkit > 0.105 and logically that this dependency doesn't suite them.

js support was added in 0.106, i'll let you find out the commits in polkit git
