Description:
Laptop backlight flaps when changing brightness, either via kde battery plasmoid, or by hardware buttons. Additional info: Issue exists since upgrading to systemd + kde 4.9. Issue was not present when running initscripts + kde 4.8 Steps to reproduce: Change screen brightness, and the brightness starts to go up and down very fast. One way to stop this is to uncheck the "Power profiles" checkbox in the kde battery plasmoid. This issue also happens while the noted checkbox is _un_checked, then I have to check and uncheck it to stop the flapping. |
