Description: HP n40l server, AMD Turion II cpu after pacman -Syu cpufreq no longer works. cpu running at max (1.5ghz).

I don't see any mention of cpufrequtils in your pacman log.

cpufrequtils isn't in the repos anymore KaiSforza

That is also true, gtmanfred. (Might be an amd kernel regression. Or the fact that he needs cpupower.)
