Description:
Based on a conversation I some time ago on the Arch general mailing list, the PKGBUILD-perl.proto may have some errors in it. The accompanying patch corrects the pkgbuild to conform to the output of perl-cpanplus-dist-arch and the PKGBUILD.proto contained in the abs package in structure and format. I took the liberty of adding some minor annotations.
