Description:
systemctl {poweroff,reboot,suspend,hibernate} (and possibly more) needs polkit to work. I think we should add an optional dependency:

polkit: use systemctl {poweroff,reboot,suspend,hibernate} for non root user

that's not possible, since it's linking directly to systemd.
