Steps are very simple:
- install mesa from testing and chromium.
- reboot you computer to be sure that new mesa is working.
- open any site in chromium with long static content which doesn't rewrite page on scrolling, scroll and you will see.
- or just open gtk2 file open dialog with scrolling and scroll down - again you will see this right away.

I upgraded the system to testing and after first reboot it worked OK. I sent the laptop in suspend to ram several times and last time KDE hung on resume and I needed to hard-reboot the system. After this when I booted I saw same image corruption in chromium and all gtk based applications.
