Details

All notification e-mails are currently sent in English. Make the necessary backend and frontend changes to allow for a user to receive e-mails in a specified language.

I think it shouldn't be so hard... it should be like translating aur webpage, but I think it may affect only to standard notification messages, for example the "new comment on aur package" message
