Description:
In the cronie.service file, the EnvironmentFile variable isn't set despite the /etc/conf.d/crond file being included in the package. It would be useful when setting additional arguments (e.g. "-m off"). Additional info: * cronie 1.4.8-3 Steps to reproduce: read the /usr/lib/systemd/system/cronie.service file |

And this is intentional. Copy the service file to
/etc/systemd/system and modify it there if you want to make
adjustments.
