Description:
The application can not be started.
exception occurred raising singleton "/singletons/com.sun.star.deployment.ExtensionManager": loading component library failed: file:///usr/lib/libreoffice/program/../program/libdeployment.so

I reported also the bug. I will ask mine to be a duplicate of your one.

The only option : downgrading to LibreOffice 3.5.6 for now.

Install clucene package. The dep is missing.

confirm solution!

clucene is only as optdepend, but must be marked as depends. Works now.

I can confirm the bug behaviour and the work-around with installing clucene!

I had this problem as well, then installed clucene, which solved THIS problem.

But when I now execute soffice, I see this startup window, which then suddenly starts blinking and doesn't continue to do anything. This happens if libreoffice-de is installed, everything's fine with libreoffice-en-US. So libreoffice-de is broken!

Maybe I should open a new bugreport for this?

Not related to any translation. I had the same problem. I just installed libreoffice-extension and all worked.
