Details

Description:
You cannot start mpd after a fresh install because the `usr/bin/systemd-tmpfiles --create mpd.conf` line is missing in the post_install().

Additional info:
* mpd 0.17.1-1

Steps to reproduce:
* Remove mpd, remove /run/mpd
* install mpd
* systemctl start mpd
* mpd doesn't start
