Description: since a few days, when starting virt-manager I get an error message saying:

Error starting Virtual Machine Manager: virtinst version 0.600.2 is too old.

virt-manager requires the python-virtinst library version 0.600.3 or greater. This can be downloaded at:

http://virt-manager.org/download.html
------------

And indeed, python-virtinst 0.600.3 is available at the link above. So I guess it's just a matter of getting it into arch repos.

Even though this issue is caused by an outdated package (virtinst), it is still a bug since it prevents another supported package from running (virt-manager). Either virt-manager needs to be reverted to a previous version or virtinst needs to be updated.

This issue still exists and solution is to download latest tar from http://virt-manager.org/download/sources/virtinst/ and install it.

latest is 0.600.3 and it is in repo, is not it?
