DetailsDescription: since a few days, when starting virt-manager I get an error message saying:
------------ Error starting Virtual Machine Manager: virtinst version 0.600.2 is too old. virt-manager requires the python-virtinst library version 0.600.3 or greater. This can be downloaded at: http://virt-manager.org/download.html ------------ And indeed, python-virtinst 0.600.3 is available at the link above. So I guess it's just a matter of getting it into arch repos. |

Even though this issue is caused by an outdated package (virtinst), it is still a bug since it prevents another supported package from running (virt-manager). Either virt-manager needs to be reverted to a previous version or virtinst needs to be updated.

This issue still exists and solution is to download latest tar from http://virt-manager.org/download/sources/virtinst/ and install it.
