Description:
I tried to install pcmanfs, which pulled in libfm as a dependency. During it's install pacman printed the rather unclear (to me) message: "error: command failed to execute correctly". I've had a look at the post_install script and I believe the reason for this is that, on my system, the /usr/lib/gio/modules directory did not exist. Additional info: * package version(s) 1.0-1 (x86_64) * config and/or log files etc. pacman output: ( 9/11) installing libfm [################################] 100% error: command failed to execute correctly pacman output with --debug: debug: executing ". /tmp/alpm_ynTF6u/.INSTALL; post_upgrade 1.0-1 1.0-1" debug: executing "/bin/sh" under chroot "/" debug: call to waitpid succeeded error: command failed to execute correctly debug: running ldconfig Steps to reproduce: - make sure /usr/lib/gio/modules does not exist - run pacman -S libfm |
