php.net is displaying 5.4.4 as the current stable PHP version and PHP 5.4.5 is the one released by Arch, the DOWNLOAD URL is http://www.php.net/distributions/php-5.4.5.tar.bz2 which does NOT work... where exactly what this release built from?

This seems a bit fishy or a premature upgrade from a unreleased version that got pulled or a version that has not yet been released, I just want more information disclosed as to this upgrade.

5.4.5 is for all intents and purposes finished and released, they just haven't gotten around to announce it on their page yet.
This happens for every release.
