Description:
I tried to use git svn and got this output:

/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/auto/Term/ReadLine/Gnu/Gnu.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr
fatal: 'svn' appears to be a git command, but we were not
able to execute it. Maybe git-svn is broken?

This looks very similar to task #14738

You should check which package provides this file. It does not seem to be part of an official one.
pacman -Qo /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/auto/Term/ReadLine/Gnu/Gnu.so

The answer I got is:

perl-term-readline-gnu 1.20-1

Looks like I installed it from AUR :/
