DetailsCould pacman pick a mirrors from mirrorlist in some smarter way? Is some way to make pacman notice offline mirror and not use it temporaly in one session? Some mechanism to keep mirror list internaly and reorder it dynamicly? If first mirror is offline pacman should omit this mirror in next package download / repo check. This mirror should "go down" in internal list and so on... If it's implemented I missed it in manual:(
