Details

Description:
Updating to ICU 49.1.1 introduced permanent crashes eg for users that compiled AUR's chromium-dev. Applying the patch as suggested in this ICU bugtracker ticket

solved the underlying bug.

Steps to reproduce:
Update to ICU 49.1.1, compile eg chromium-dev. Some report random crashes while using the omnibar, others consistent ones for certain text fields.
