Description:gnome 3.4 is not working. GDM have lost the
gnome 3 theme and it's back to the normal 2 one. Also when I
try to login the screen is stuck to show me just the desktop
with mouse. No nautilus or the interface loads at all.
Additional info: * package version(s) gnome 3.4.1-1 packages * config and/or log files etc. This behaviour is after an upgrade of gnome packages. related post in forums: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=140233 Steps to reproduce: restart and try log into the system. |

Reinstalling gcr fixed the problem on both machines.
pacman -Suyy but stopped it because it was a bit upgrade. Then I did upgrade only the gnome part:
pacman -Su gnome
From that point after it was broken. I made after many pacman -Suy without any success.
Finally as suggested I tried:
pacman -S gcr but I cannot test it because I am remotely connected now (through ssh)
I will test after work.
If it's a new package it should have been updated independently from gnome-keyring or gnome related packages.
