Description:
sqlite3 was moved to core in early 2009 as a dependency of heimdal. Because heimdal was removed (?) from the repo last year and sqlite3 seems to be no longer needed there, I'm requesting that sqlite3 is moved back to extra.

just noticed that sqlite3-doc and sqlite3-tcl are also in core. please move those, too.
