Description:
The GoogleCalandar Synch in evolution doesn't work because of a bug in the the gnutls 3.0.17-1 package. Several others version came up since and the bug is fixed on them (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659233).
Is it possible to have a more recent version of the package for extra repository?

As you can see in the bugreport it's not gnutls's fault.

gnutls 3.0 has a new error code for "peer closed connection without
sending a Close packet", so add some #ifdefs to do the right thing
with either 2.x or 3.x.

So evolution needs to update their code.
