I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure libsvn_client, libsvnjavahl, libsvn_ra-1, libsvn_ra_neon, and libsvn_swig_py all link against libgssapi_krb5, libkrb5, and libk5crypto which I believe are provided by krb5.

So krb5 should be added to depends in subversion.
