Details

Description:
kuser needs 'kdepimlibs' in depends array instead of 'kdepim-runtime'. Also you should add 'kdebase-runtime' to depends.

Logic: from projects's CMakeList.txt (line 3):
"find_package(KdepimLibs REQUIRED)"

Also I successfully compiled and running kuser and I don't have kdepim-runtime installed.
