I've downloaded the latest ISO's for archlinux-2012.03.02_04-00-01-core-i686.iso and archlinux-2012.02.28_04-00-01-core-i686.iso and burned them to CDRW's. When I boot the CDRW's to the root
prompt, and try to run:

/arch/setup

I get the following error:
ERROR: $5 is set to PROCEDURE ? we don't use $5, maybe you still need to update your code to the new api (all debug catagories in $4)

This happens on both CDR's. I've VERIFIED the MD5SUM of the 03-02-2012 File and it is correct.

I have tried the latest Core & Netinstall and I get the same errors.
This task depends upon

it seems to be the cause was a cleanup script which to enthousiastically removed the latest aif package, so that an outdated aif package ended up on the images.

http://releng.archlinux.org/isos/ will soon contain 2012.03.06_14-30-01 images, please test those (or later) and confirm the fix.

The Updated AIF in 2012.30.06-14-30-01 now at least executes without the previous ERROR, but I still have issues with /dev/sdb1 and the filesystem.
If I try UUID or /dev/sdb1 I get errors in the filesystem. Most times my Partition on sdb1 is unallocated giving the ERRORS shown in the attached
Photo's which are the reverse order of pacman.log. The Photos are poor quality, but the best I can do since I can mount anything to copy the files
to. I am getting an EXT4FS ERROR not allowing me to mount anything to copy to. My original filesystem of the USB Flash Drive was ext2.

So, I'm still stuck with AIF ERRORS!

one issue per ticket please. I'm closing this one because "ERROR: $5 is set to PROCEDURE ? we don't use $5, maybe you still need to update your code to the new api (all debug catagories in $4)" is fixed.
