It says "If you need help configuring a specific service, please
read the appropriate manpage" so it gives a hint where to look for
more info, but links wouldn't hurt.

Yes, it is not a bug, that's why I marked it "Feature request".
And the wiki is maintained by the Arch Linux community for sure,
except the "Official install guide" which is maintained by the
Arch Release Engineering Team.
