Skencil produces the following error at a failed startup:

I can't find a skencil package in our repos... Is it under a
different name?

Skencil is in staging. I guess thats considered to be TUR. When I
originally posted the bug report, I guess I didn't look at that.
How do bug reports work for staging packages? And isn't staging
kind of being phased out due to AUR?
