Details

Description:
After upgrading, none of the formats build successfully:

>>> texlive: recreating all formats...
pdftex: error while loading shared libraries: libpoppler.so.19: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Error: `pdftex -ini -jobname=amstex -progname=amstex -translate-file=cp227.tcx *amstex.ini' failed
...

And pdftex, etc. are unusable (give the same error message).

you have old poppler. latest is 0.18.1
