Feature request for pacman:
In case, when some files downloaded partialy, while performing next upgrade|install|whatever pacman should show `need to download (need_raw - already_downloaded_parts)Mb'
so sorry for awful english

This already exists in testing/pacman which shows net upgrade size, taking into account partial downloads.
