Details

Pacman 4 will no longer remove empty directories (see  FS#25141 ) if they are owned by at least one package, so we can get rid of the .keep files from the following packages once pacman 4 hits the repo:

dbus-core
ntp
filesystem

Removing the touch call in svn is enough.

Jan, Tom: I have removed the remaining keep files from the filesystem and dbus-core packages in SVN. Feel free to shout at me and/or revert my commit if there is any issue.
