Description:
Arch's installation framework does not produce a proper syslinux.cfg automatically with UUID for root device. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Syslinux version: 4.04-2 Arch's installation framework from netinstall image: archlinux-2011.08.19-netinstall-i686.iso Steps to reproduce: Boot into the netinstall image, install the system, and when asked by which method to boot choose by UUID, install syslinux in the end as the chosed bootloader on MBR. |

still have to test manual FS setup
edit: in manual FS setup, it uses something like: root=/dev/vda3 ro
