does recompile help?
Comment by n0fun (n0fun) - Friday, 30 September 2011, 14:21 GMT
I recompile the package with arch abs but it does NOT help.

I find a patch in debian source package:
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/s/sane-backends/sane-backends_1.0.22-6.debian.tar.gz
xerox_mfp_fix_usb_devices.patch with comment "keep usb device by default (correct for bug introduced by tcp sub-backend" in it.

Then I recompile sane with this patch and it WORKs.
hope you add the patch in repository.
