Details
LibreOffice installs with libreoffice-af as the default
locale package. Like most other packages, this should
default to number 22, libreoffice-en-US, unless otherwise
specified.

There is no notion of default: pacman just sees a bunch of
packages which provide libreoffice-langpack.
