should be fixed in 2011.08.15 or newer. needs testing and i need sleep

seems fixed to me, using latest aif from git. can you confirm? do what you did before but use latest aif from git.

not fixed. can be reproduced by just enabling all remote mirrors. only base group is enough to see that for instance pacman is listed twice.

using 2011.08.19 x86_64 and using only core during package selection, there are a lot of packages listed under the section None, which are duplicates from Base. these are not selected by default, but show in the list before the Base list, so its kind of confusing

Jerry, do you mean packages are listed twice? once with None, once with base? Which packages? All those in base?

sorry, didnt check to see exactly which ones, but yeah it seemed as if all the ones in Base were duplicated in None
