Description:
usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/arch.conf duplicates functionality of usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/x11.conf which is provided by systemd package. Consequence: boot log: systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp configured, ignoring. systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp/.X11-unix configured, ignoring. systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp/.ICE-unix configured, ignoring. systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp/.XIM-unix configured, ignoring. systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp/.font-unix configured, ignoring. systemd-tmpfiles[574]: Two or more conflicting lines for /tmp/.Test-unix configured, ignoring. |

Additional comments about closing: Will be removed from initscripts when added to xorg upstream.

Additional comments about closing: Will be removed from initscripts when added to xorg upstream.
They will be gone when the file moves to the xorg package where it belongs (this should be done by systemd/xorg upstream, then we will simply remove it from initscripts).
