I can't confirm this. Opening files and saving seems to work here on x86_64.

Note: The package has been rebuilt against new rdf stack and new db package. Are both architectures affected? Does another rebuild fix it?

For me just 'lowriter' starting rises described error dialog. The same after 'soffice' starting and selecting "Text Document". X86_64 running OpenBox is in use.

I also experience this error. Running KDE on X86_64. If I use a custom template as default then the error appears immediately upon starting lowriter. If I go back to the default template then the error occurs the first time I try to open or save a document I get the "General Error" message.

Installing rasqal from test appears to fix the problem.

Installing rasqal from [testing] seems to have solved the problem here too (x86_64).
